I have recently been bought a lot of new albums which I will review shortly:

Fall Out Boy - So far, It has grown on me an immensely
Los Campesinos - Its one of those you can listen to quite easily
Tilly And The Wall - It has a few real bangers
CSS - Its okay so far
Friendly Fires - Once again, Big bangers
MIA - Quite funny
Vampire Weekend - Fan-Bloody-Tastic

Anyway, I hope you have all had a fantastic christmas.
Tomorrow I will continue with my top ten videos of 2008.

I really like this song.
I really like Tilly and the wall in general.
They have such a 'feel good' feel to them.
This video bizarrely works for me.
It has a nu-rave feel which I love but also some crazy Egyptian feel which I spose is not too dissimilar to the productions and art of The Klaxons.



After looking at the title of this tune, 'Beat Control' and its verging on 'electro/pop' theme and the previous post, I thought about The Teenager's and Simian Mobile Disco's remix to the 'It's the beat.

Tilly and the Wall
I heard there electro music on myspace after reading about them on 'Drowned In Sound.' What a happy group on people. 'Alligator Skin' is a really good song which i think I would definately listen to again. They have also a version to CSS's 'Freest Man' which is worth a listen. I will look out to buy there album and let you know more.


Ra Ra Riot
These guys make some fantastic music. They are from New York. Some excellent easy listening music to get right into. Kind of old school indie vibe in their style. I really liked 'Dying is Fine' and 'Can You Tell' on their MySpace.

I have bought the killers new album 'Days And Age.' I haven't made a true judgement of it yet. Will let everyone know soon exactly what i think of it.
