The wonderful thing about music is that its varied. The mystery jets really are a fantastic band. When I first bought the album I was not completely sure about it. Lately I've been letting it play through a couple times a day and I'm hooked. They have a coolness about them echoed through there music to even the way they dress.
I remember a friend talking about them a few years ago when they brought out 'You can't fool me Dennis' but they have moved on a lot more now. They have already dropped two singles 'Young love' with Laura Marling and the new hit 'Two doors down' which are both fantastic. I think these two are the second and third best song on the album and fully expect them to release 'Half in love with Elizabeth' which seems to stand out on the album. I would say its the best 'put together' album of the year. They have a great sounding style but a bit on the soppy side as like a lot of artists, they talk about love more than often. Definitely add to your collection. Those who started to listen to C.C on my recommendation will enjoy there originality. Must buy. 8.5/10.
